This much I know is true..That God blessed the broken road that led me straight to you

We attended three weddings this summer; all of them outdoors and all of them blessed with beautiful weather.

This is the setting for the wedding of Jeremy Bloom and Loretta Alberti. They had an Autumn theme and I just can't say enough about how well everything went.
Music prelude.....
and here comes the very, very beautiful bride and her father Bob.

Reciting their vows....Mike is on the right, he served as best man.

Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Bloom.....

Mike and matron of honor.....

The reception was held on the same grounds....the pavilion was draped in the Autumn colors and the tables were spectacular.

This is a close up of the centerpieces....

MORE good food....These menus were SO cool.....you can't tell from the picture but they had a diamond (rhinestone) embedded under the date.....
The cake....simple but elegant, and tasty. It had a lemon filling....yum

I loved the way they did the seating....the bride and groom had their own table right in the center of everyone. They were able to enjoy an intimate dinner while the rest of the wedding party could be with their family. I think this a GREAT idea!!
Mary Lou Lechler dancing the "Grandmother and Groom" dance. Mary Lou was the sit in grandmother and I was the sit in mother. I don't have a picture of me dancing with Jer, but I am sure I will receive one shortly......

Mary Lou and Howard cutting a mean rug....

I couldn't believe this.....after cake, they had a dessert buffet that had all these neat sweets flavored with pumpkin. Below is pumpkin pancakes with a bourbon sauce and whipped cream, white chocolate covered cheesecake and pumpkin mousse. I did not eat any of these but should have brought a few home....they looked so good!!

This was little Sophie (German) who nearly upstaged the bride. She must have a Duracell battery in her back. She never left the dance floor.

Sunday morning Mary Lou and Howard served the family brunch on their patio. Their home is 10,000 square ft of pure beauty. This is the patio...
which overlooks the pool and

beautiful gardens, statues and fountains.
This statue has an apron and hat band which are mosaics.....the pieces of glass are all old pieces of Mary Lou's china.
The flowers of course have started to fade since it is October......
