I laid back yesterday, hoping to rid myself of this stupid cold I have been nursing.....the cold is still here but I was rested when I awoke this morning. After two cups of Starbucks, Joel Osteen on TV and the Sunday paper, we entertained the Marras for lunch and then headed to Eustis to see Grease. Terry and Sue Muldoon's grandchildren, Walker (who played Danny) and Lane who at six, made her first stage appearance in the "Ensemble". What a couple of hams....we love watching the kids in these theatricals, and are so pleased Terry and Susie include us.
Walker was SO in to the part of Danny......
and checking out "Greased Lightening".....
And here is Lane....Friday night she was hiding out in the back row....by this afternoon her confidence was up and she was stealing the show!!!
Ah....the Pink Ladies.....
This is the little girl who played Rizzo....what a cutie, and could she ever sing!!
Proof positive, old farts know how to have fun....these crazies from our resort did a skit on studies from the bible....cute.
Some of the girls singing...
This lady was a hoot, she came out of the blue and did some tory selling. She told the story of Cinderella (Rindercella) and by reversing all the words had us in tears from laughing so hard....
Becky Landry, a very talented guitar player and singer....
These were just some of the acts. We have a very busy week coming up, activities every day/night. The winter is flying by!!!
