Fortunately I had these 2" T-Bones ready to go on the grill!!! We bought 1/4 beef from Eileen and Harry Slate. They raise all the beef on Grindstone; it is totally organic...no hormones!
The girls had dinner on the beach with Betty and Frank so it was an Adult night. Does it get any better than steaks and this magnificent sunset??? Sorry Kris, I know these sunsets are making you homesick but I am addicted!!!

Salt and I are headed to the Adamson's on Thursday evening for a bonfire and Jim's fantastic fireworks display. Emma will once again sing right before the fireworks display. She LOVES all the applause she gets for these performances.
Friday night to Clay and Kay Kolle's for dinner and I am sure lots of laughs.
